How do you know if Mobile Messaging

7. Have you noticed the ads on TV News that encourage viewers to "Text NEWS to 99999" (some number) or "Text SPORTS to 99999" and wondered how many cell phone numbers the TV stations acquire? . . . and what they do with those numbers? How many cell phone numbers are people giving you every day?
8. If you had an unfortunate incident on your properties (fire, accident, shooting, etc.), how valuable would it be to have the cell phone numbers of your guests / customers / citizens in your Alert Data Base, to give them critical information on a moment's notice?
