The campgrounds of the Olympic Penninsula extend throughout the National Park. You can find campgrounds all along the Pacific Coast, as well as other points on the Penninsula. In Port Townsend, visitors can camp along the coast of the straits of Juan De Fuca, and look out over the landscape from the roof of authentic World War II bunkers. The natural scenery is reason enough to go, but the hiking, biking and other activities are what will get you to stay.
